great work....was the sketchy feel the desired effect?? or did u want it to look smoother?? and was the panel big? cz the wall of eyes kinda look blurred as they go further back...like it all goes single grey..maybe if u made the highlights on the eyes more prominent? but yeah..great work as always...

I can see eyes are a common subject in many of your artworks. Will that be part of your concentration next year?

Hmmm, you meantioned that you would be painting over the newspaper. Maybe you could collage some pieces of articles, you think suit with the theme into the edges of the piece. Have them outline the eye and the other objects. I'll make them pop out more.

I'll save my Interpretations of the piece for the final product. Problem is, I can't offer much in terms of artistic advice. :/

thanks so much! Yeah, it was the desired effect. usually i don't do sketchy at all, i like it VERY clean cut- but i'm trying to try new thingws :)

do u mean the panel i painted on? or the panel that the eyes are in the painting?

oh..okok..then looks coolio..yeah cz im used to seeing ur clean cut stuff.

There were two panels?? i thought it was on one whole sheet...well ive thoroughly confused myself. I guess i meant the one that the many eyes are painted on.
